Terramerica Corporation, a real estate brokerage and property management company, was formed in 1983 to serve the real estate needs of the Horman and Johnson Families. It is now owned solely by the Horman Family and is tasked with the job of managing the diverse real estate assests of the family. Terramerica is active in commercial leasing (retail, office), property management and commercial and residential development.
